By accessing or using the services provided by Hyper Appoint Engine ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by HYPER BİLGİSAYAR YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ TİCARET LTD ŞTİ, located at Maden Mah, Ara Sok, No16, Sarıyer, Istanbul, Turkey, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Hyper Appoint Engine provides AI-powered customer engagement and appointment automation systems for service-based businesses. Our services include:
We will deliver the agreed services within the timeframe specified in your project proposal, typically 1–2 weeks from the date of payment and receipt of all required business information. The exact scope and timeline will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Our standard pricing is €1,400 as a one-time setup fee, payable in full prior to commencement of work. Optional ongoing management is available at €280 per month, billed monthly, and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. All prices are in Euros (EUR). Payment is processed via Wise Business bank transfer to our EUR IBAN.
Due to the custom nature of our services, setup fees are non-refundable once development work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days. For monthly management services, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Upon full payment of the setup fee, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the AI system we build for your business. The underlying code, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Hyper Appoint Engine remain our intellectual property. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicence the system without our express written consent.
Our systems are built on third-party infrastructure including Amazon Web Services (AWS), OpenAI, and other providers. We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or disruptions caused by these third-party services. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity and notify you of any material disruptions.
We handle your business and customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations. You remain the data controller for your customers' personal data. We act as a data processor on your behalf and will process data only as instructed and necessary to deliver the services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyper Appoint Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We warrant that our services will be delivered with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will achieve any specific business outcome such as a particular volume of bookings or revenue. Results depend on your specific business context and market.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For clients in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence shall apply in addition to these Terms. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify existing clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
